Steve Jobs' daughter has mocked Apple's iPhone 14 saying it is the same as older models.
The 23-year-old Eve responded to the grand unveiling of the new product on Wednesday.
She posted an imaged of a middle-aged man buying exactly the same item as he was wearing.
Job's youngest child posted the image from the WallStBets account saying: "Me upgrading from iPhone 13 to iPhone 14 after Apple's announcement today.
"Bro they just be releasing the same thing over and over again," wrote one commenter.
"Apple released the same phone with barely marginal improvements again?' enquired another as to the meme's meaning.
"It’s not the same since it continues costing you more money," explained another.
Details of the iPhone 14 were revealed yesterday with Apple boasting the phone has satellite connectivity.
It allows users to send satellite SOS messages in an emergency without any service
It launches in November, two months after the iPhone 14 arrives on September 16.
Tim Cook, Apple's CEO also included the Apple Watch Ultra for "extreme athletes".
The new phones come, come in five colors: midnight, starlight, blue, purple and red and have a 6.7 inch screen.
The iPhone 14 will be on the market on September 16 and iPhone 14 Plus on October 7.
A tie-up with a satellite internet company also became a reality after the announcement.
Apple said on its website: "Since satellites are moving rapidly through space, iPhone will show you where to point to maintain your connection — and avoid obstructions such as mountains and heavy foliage."
Once the iPhone has satellite connection it sends messages automatically about the user's location, battery power left to emergency services.
It claims to have an "amazing new camera system" with 12 megapixel camera and includes a sensor larger its predecessor.
The smartphones feature a sleek aerospace-grad aluminium design in five finishes, along with updated internal designs for better thermal performance, and the pair have a Ceramic Shield on the front cover that protects the inner workers from spills, water and dust.
The Mirror told yesterday how Apple says the phone has ”the best battery life ever in an iPhone”, and the phone comes in five colours: Midnight, Starlight, Blue, Purple and Red.
The AirPods Pro 2 were also revealed at the event.
A H2 chip delivers better sound quality which Apple claims is "transformed" with a low-distortion driver and amplifier.
Greg Joswiak, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing said: "Both phones have a powerful new Main camera with a huge leap in low-light performance.
He also said they had "advanced connectivity capabilities with 5G and eSIM, and the incredible performance of A15 Bionic, which helps enable even better battery life".
Mr Joswiak added: "All of this, tightly integrated with iOS 16, makes iPhone more essential than ever."
They also support spatial audio so users can hear full 360-degree sound, while a new iOS 16 iPhone feature allows for the camera to scan a listener's ears to personalise the sound experience.
A single charge is said to offer six hours of listening - 33% up on the previous model.
