Nottingham Forest head coach Steve Cooper insists it has been "amazing" to see how supporters have responded to Premier League football returning to the City Ground this season.
Cooper won promotion with the Reds last season and despite the club's tough start to their first top-flight campaign for 23 years, he has been impressed with how fans have got behind the team in the opening months. Forest are currently rooted to the bottom of the Premier League ahead of the break for the World Cup, but could lift themselves out of the bottom three with a big win over Crystal Palace this weekend.
The Reds advanced into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup in midweek after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 at the City Ground and boss Cooper hopes his side can bring some momentum into this weekend's clash with Palace.

"The objective is always to get good results and if you can match that with good performances, then they're the two things we judge more than anything," said Cooper.
"It wasn't quite the result we wanted against Brentford but we can take positives from the first half and how we responded at the end of the game.
"Wednesday was also a positive night, we have managed to progress through to the next round against a strong Tottenham team and both sides took the team very seriously.
"It's been amazing to be part of experiencing being back in the Premier League and seeing what it's meant to alot of generations of supporters. Some are experiencing the league for the first time, ones that maybe saw the last few years of the previous Premier League campaigns and the older generation who'll be able to reflect fondly on big moments in history.
"We want to continue that and you see the atmospheres that we've had, even through some of the difficult games, and it's an honour to be part of that.
"Palace are a team with good players throughout the pitch and some excellent individuals at the top end of the pitch, so we've got to be mindful of that. Like always, we'll plan thoroughly for it and make sure we prepare as well as we can.
"We're here to compete and here to succeed so we've got to really focus on what we can do. We will come with a positive attitude, commitment and motivation to get what we want from the game."
