Steve Clarke names Scotland squad with Celtic and Rangers inclusions for Nations League games

Steve Clarke has named his Scotland squad for the Nations League triple-header with Republic of Ireland and Ukraine with skipper Andy Robertson the noticeable absentee due to injury.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed he would miss club matches with Ajax and Chelsea and would not be available until after the international break. That news has now been made official with the full-back not included in the Dark Blues squad.

Scotland face three huge games in the space of six days in their bid to end League B Group 1 in top position. They've picked up six points from a possible nine going into the final three games. First up is Ukraine at Hampden next Wednesday before Ireland arrive on the Saturday. It's then the return showdown with Ukraine on Tuesday, 27 September to round off the section.
