Defiant Steve Clarke insists Scotland have kept their momentum despite throwing away a two-goal lead in Austria.
Jack Hendry and John McGinn looked to have sealed a comfortable win in Vienna before the home side battled back with goals from substitutes Michael Gregoritsch and Alessandro Schopf.
It's back-to-back draws for the Tartan Army after witnessing a late equaliser at Hampden thanks to a controversial penalty in the 1-1 draw with Poland last week.
Despite this, Scotland remain unbeaten in their last eight games with the Ukraine World Cup play-off in mind.
When asked post-match if he could understand why people were saying the feel-good factor was gone, he told BBC Sportsound: "I'm not sure why they would (be saying that).
"It's a difficult place to come. If you'd have said before the game that we would get two goals and a draw, a lot of people would have said 'yes, that's ok.'
"At 2-0 up I made three substitutions, so you lose that bit of continuity and that little bit of rhythm.
"The idea was to get as many people on the pitch (as possible). It's an international friendly game so you are allowed six substitutes. I wanted to use the full complement of substitutes. I wanted to give some players minutes on the pitch.
"It was a good exercise for us. I don't understand why the feel good factor would go. It's eight games unbeaten and we go into a competitive programme in June, and we're in a good place – don't worry about that."
