Stephanie Davis 'can't wait' to have kids with boyfriend as son Caben wants a sibling

Stephanie Davis has revealed that she "can't wait" to have more children in the future, with her explaining that her young son Caben is already keen to have a sibling.

The actor, 29, - best known for playing Sinead O'Connor on Hollyoaks - has expressed hope in getting married to her boyfriend Joe McKalroy, 25, and having a child together.

She's already a parent to son Caben, five, - whose father is her ex-partner Jeremy McConnell, 32, whom Stephanie appeared on Celebrity Big Brother alongside in 2016.

The Over the Rainbow alum is looking to the future with partner Joe, saying: "We want to get married and have children. [...] Caben keeps asking for a brother or sister."

Stephanie spoke about her plans for the relationship in an interview with New magazine, as reported by OK!, with her saying: "We definitely can't wait to have a family together."

Although her and Joe have "talked about the future," the actor said that they're currently "enjoying every day at the moment" - and even suggested her boyfriend is like a best friend.

She told the outlet that it's "amazing" to wake up and laugh with someone, "like your best friend," every day. Stephanie said it's like having sleepovers when she was younger.

Stephanie said she met Joe through a support group, with him said to have moved in with the actor and her young son a few months ago after developing their relationship.

Discussing her boyfriend, she described him as "the most beautiful person" who is "very calm and very peaceful," which she feels is good for her as she can be "quite erratic."

The mother-of-one said the relationship is as "easy as breathing" and that it's different to those in her past - as she's learnt over the years not to force something that isn't right.

Stephanie paid tribute to her boyfriend in a post on Instagram earlier this year, in which she described the relationship to her 968,000 followers on the social media platform.

Alongside a photo of herself and partner Joe, the actor and singer had written in a post: "My person. I honestly can't even describe the love I have for this one."

She had further commented in the caption of the post: "Just to belly laugh every day and be with my best mate who's the love of my life is the best feeling in the world."

Stephanie announced last year that she had tragically suffered a miscarriage (Instagram/ @stephaniedavis88)

Her plans for the future with current boyfriend Joe come after she shared news just eight months ago that she had experienced heartache over growing her family last year.

Stephanie had announced in September last year that she had suffered a miscarriage in her last relationship, which had been with her former partner Oliver Tasker.

She said at the time: "I seen my whole future ahead of me and had my hand on my stomach every day. One day I'll get my happy ending but for now I just have to get through this."

The latest issue of New magazine is out now.
