The New York Liberty are no strangers to having famous people in the building. But on Sunday, celebrity row was packed with Olympians and sports figures.
Steph Curry was courtside at Barclays to see his pal and 3-point partner Sabrina Ionescu take on the Las Vegas Aces. Jordan Chiles was also in the building, rounding out an impressive few days in New York. (She threw out the first pitch at a Cincinnati Reds-New York Mets game and even walked the runway in a Kim Shui show during New York Fashion Week.)
But the celebs didn’t stop there. Steph’s lifelong splash bro, Klay Thompson, stopped by, as did Dawn Staley, Paige Bueckers and several other athletes. It was a full-on celeb party, and the game didn’t disappoint. The Liberty came from behind to beat the Aja Wilson-less Aces and continue its dominant season.
