With just five minutes to go in the first half against the Arizona Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett suffered an apparent leg injury as he fought for a touchdown, being pulled down at the goal line. Pickett was able to come off on his own power and went straight to the medical tent.
According to the television broadcast, Pickett was barely able to put any weight on his ankle as he headed to the tent. They also noted that leg was already wrapped prior to the injury indicating this is probably the same ankle he was dealing with after last week’s game.
