There is no better feeling than donning the legendary Black and Gold of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and even in defeat, LB Elandon Roberts understands this all too well.
Roberts is set to be one of many Steelers free agents in 2025. Following the team’s Wild-Card loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the linebacker made it perfectly clear where he wants to play next season: the Steel City of Pittsburgh.
Steelers reporter Nick Farabaugh broke the news on social media, stating that Roberts expressed his desire to remain with the Steelers next year.
Elandon Roberts, who will be a free agent this offseason, says he wants to return to Pittsburgh next year.

Roberts was by far one of the best Steelers defenders against the run in 2024, and Steelers General Manager Omar Khan should consider giving him a blank check heading into 2025.
If Roberts returns to the Pittsburgh Steelers, it will allow the Black and Gold to address one less positional group heading into free agency and the draft this offseason. Roberts, along with LBs Patrick Queen and Payton Wilson, would continue to solidify one of the stronger linebacker rooms in the entire NFL.
