When the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday, they might have to do so without one of their best offensive linemen. Rookie starting guard Mason McCormick suffered a broken hand in last week’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and his status for the Wild Card playoff game is up in the air.
If McCormick cannot go, Spencer Anderson would be the starting right guard. This would be the third right guard Pittsburgh has had this season. McCormick took over for James Daniels when he went on IR and played very well as a rookie.
Mason McCormick said his broken hand is feeling better. He said it’s going to be wait and see all week depending upon how much he can do in practice each day.
