The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t have any players fined coming out of last week’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
But the same can’t be said for those Steelers.
Per the NFL’s accountability page, Steelers wideout George Pickens received a $16,391 fine letter from the NFL this week pertaining to an unsportsmanlike conduct infraction.
The fine stems from his waving at Bengals defenders as he scored during the 34-11 blowout, though officials on the field didn’t flag the play.
Of course, Pickens and the Steelers probably don’t care all that much considering he put up 195 yards and two scores on just four catches while righting a controversial ship and harming Cincinnati’s slim playoff hopes.
