In the Steelers’ biggest move since the Russell Wilson news broke on Sunday night, ESPN’s Marcus Spears reports that Patrick Queen is heading to Pittsburgh.
The Pro Bowl inside linebacker plans to sign a three-year, $41 million contract, which should become official at the start of free agency on Wednesday.
The Ravens selected Queen in the first round (No. 28) of the 2020 NFL draft, and he’s been nothing short of spectacular since.
Queen has started all 67 games, amassing four interceptions, 15 passes defended, five forced fumbles, six fumble recoveries for 58 yards and a score, 13.5 sacks, 454 tackles (37 for loss) and 33 quarterback hits.
Pittsburgh needed an inside guy and they got him.
