Statistical breakdown: How the Commanders and Giants stack up ahead of Week 7 game

The New York Giants host the Washington Commanders in Week 7 in each team’s second NFC East game. The Giants lost their season opener to the Cowboys, 40-0, while the Commanders took to the Eagles to overtime before falling, 34-31.

New York has been besieged by injuries this season, particularly along the offensive line. It’s led to a different offensive line combination in every game. Additionally, star running back Saquon Barkley missed time, and quarterback Daniel Jones missed Week 6 with a neck injury.

With so many injuries, you can see why the Giants have struggled offensively.
