Two incredible Star Wars cosplayers have recreated Sabine Wren and Shin Hati’s intense lightsaber duels from Ahsoka. Sabine Wren, a skilled Mandalorian fighter, faced off against Shin Hati, a more trained adversary prone to anger and recklessness. Their battles were intense and driven by frustration, making their scenes in Ahsoka compelling.
Recently, a Reddit user uploaded a creative image of them and a friend recreating one of Sabine and Shin’s duels. The costumes and fighting stances were spot-on, reminiscent of the characters’ clashes on Lothal and Seatos.
After the Ahsoka season 1 finale, Shin’s future is uncertain following the loss of her master, Baylan Skoll. Stranded on Peridea, Shin may turn to Ahsoka and Sabine for help, potentially embracing the light side without Baylan’s influence.
Shin Hati, a Dark Jedi Padawan, operated in the shadows until the Mandalorian era. Recruited by Baylan Skoll, Shin now finds herself on Peridea with Sabine Wren, a Mandalorian rebel and technological genius turned against her people by the Empire. Sabine has recently unlocked her Force abilities under Ahsoka’s guidance.
If Sabine and Shin become allies, they would join a line of unlikely Star Wars partnerships, such as Ahsoka with Asajj Ventress and Ezra Bridger with Darth Maul. The potential for their dynamic to evolve beyond enemies is intriguing.
