Developer Sumo Leamington announced that Stampede: Racing Royale is now available free on Xbox X/S. It's also free on Windows PC through the Xbox Game Preview. The game has players 60 players fight it out in a battle royale kart racer.
The launch for the Xbox Game Preview in particular serves as "Season 0" for the game. That means Xbox players should get access to more than 450 customization items for their karts as well as racers. There's also going to be 11 surprise-filled tracks along with Special Events that's sure to shake up the gameplay in new and exciting ways.
Meanwhile, those subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can now access an exclusive Starter Pack free with an exclusive kart and avatar to customize their racers. Subscribers can also enjoy a stack of Coins to unlock extra in-game goodies right from the off.
Also, through the Game Preview period, players are encouraged to follow the game's official social media accounts and share their thoughts and feedback on what they want to see as the game boost starts towards the full launch of Season 1.
