Stacey Solomon unleashes Joe Swash rant after returning from Paris trip to 'awful' surprise

Stacey Solomon was holding no punches as she returned from her recent trip to France with her two daughters, as she unleashed a very public rant about her husband's cleaning habits at their family home, Pickle Cottage.

It comes as the 33-year-old returned from her "craziest job ever" in Paris alongside her two daughters Belle and Rose, marking her return back to her hectic work life following maternity leave.

The couple welcomed their fifth child Belle back in February this year, and she originally hadn't planned taking one-year-old Rose but the "lovely" team at LO'real told her she could bring them both, to spend some quality time together on their girlie trip.

But it appears her husband Joe Swash hasn't kept their house up to scratch in her absence, as she took to her Instagram page, unimpressed over the former I'm A Celebrity star's cleaning and organisation in their Essex home whilst she was away returning to an "awful" surprise.

Stacey was filmed with her hand over her face in complete disbelief, saying: "I don't know if I'm just tired or it really is as awful as I think it is. But I got home last night, put the kids to bed and woke up this morning and Joe was like 'I'm going to work, but don't worry I've done all the washing for you'."

"I weren't even here, I didn't get dressed here but sure, it's for me, thank you. So I came downstairs, girls are down for a nap, and I thought I'd go in the utility room and put my washing on from Paris," Stacey then joked to her 5.6 million followers.

Turning the camera around to mountains of washing, she continued: "What the hell happened in the last two days? How many clothes did they wear that this much washing needed to be done?

"I caught up before I went away. And also I feel like putting it in the washing machine and putting it in the dryer is the easiest bit - I'm left with this!"

Stacey had captioned the video "what an earth happened here?," as she then went on to share a time-lapse of her folding the clean clothes and correctly storing them away.

She added: "Well that's three hours of my life I'll never get back.

"I would never usually do Zach and Leighton's stuff, they always do their own, but I'll be honest, I'm just so angry looking at it, I can't leave it there."

But it appears that her husband wasn't getting off lightly, as she continued to rant to her fans on social media. The pair have been together since 2016 after meeting on I'm A Celebrity years previously.

The TV star then told fans she was away for a hot bubble bath as Joe was left to sort out the kids' bedtime as he knew "what was good for him."

As she soaked in the tub, she continued: "I've let it fester all day as well, and he knows to stay away because I've built it up.

"Do you ever do that when you know it's not washing anymore, it's the toothpaste bit on the mirror, it's the beard hairs in the sink, it's everything, and he just knows."

Writing across the video, which ended with her laughing at her own annoyance over the chaos, she said: "Rant incoming..." before adding: "Excuse the rant just feel like you're my mates and it's nice to vent," adding a crying laughing emoji.

Stacey and Joe share three children together - baby Belle, one-year-old Rose, and Rex, three, while Stacey also has two children from previous relationships, Zachary, 14, and Leighton, ten.
