Stacey Solomon told radio host James Barr to embrace the "filth" when it comes to a bed sheet changing routine.
The Loose Women presenter joined Hits Radio to chat with James and Strictly Come Dancing star Fleur East about how she keeps such a meticulous home. Stacey was quizzed on her legendary neatness which included how often is enough when it comes to changing bedsheets.
The soon-to-be mum of five declared her personal sheets see a weekly wash which surprised James. He said: "Oh really? I think that's quite a lot."

Stacey followed up with the suggestion to "wallow in your own filth" if it is more appealing, given the fact James is newly single and will not have to impress anyone. She added: "You know how when you’re single, you don’t have to shave your legs, so you just go like full Gruffalo? I feel it’s the same."
James clarified that while he may be single it didn't mean he wouldn't have company in bed. Stacey quickly shot back and declared he definitely needed to be more regular in his bed sheet routine if that was the case.
She added: "Oh, well in that case then I mean imminently. If you’re gonna have people over you defo need to change the sheets."
