Stacey Solomon shares wedding glimpse before quitting social media

Stacey Solomon has signed off social media to soak up her wedding to Joe Swash at their home, Pickle Cottage. The Loose Women star has kept her followers informed when it comes to her preparations for the big day over the last few months, including the wedding date, dress, decorations and plans.

The 32-year-old announced on Saturday, July 23, however, that she would be saying goodbye to her phone for a few days to enable her to take in every moment before becoming "Solomon Swash". You can read more about Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash's wedding here.

In an Instagram update to her 5.3 million fans, Stacey explained: "Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for you're [sic] beautiful messages and the kindest well wishes ever.

"Thank you for all your advice and tips. One of the pieces of advice all of you told me was to soak it all in and enjoy every second because it's over in a flash.

"So I'm going to say goodbye to my phone for a few days. And makes sure I take in every moment. The set up. The getting ready. The day. And the aftermath.

"I love you all lots and lots. Thank you for your kindness always. Lots and lots of love from Joe, Harry, Zachary, Leighton, Rex and Rosie. - And me - soon to be Solomon Swash."

Ahead of signing off, Stacey provided one last sneak peek at her wedding. Revealing the set-up in her garden for guests, Stacey explained that all the tables, chairs, cutlery and plates were on loan to her.

"We will use them for the day and then we will clean them and donate them to charity," she told her followers. "I am so grateful we've been able to give to different charities to pass on to people who will be able to use it."

Before taking a social media break Stacey then explained the logistics of the wedding. She told her followers: "To get married anywhere legally, the place has to have a 'civil ceremony' licence. One of the requirements for this licence is that the premises must be 'readily available' for ceremonies... [sic]

"As this is our private family home and we need it to remain that way we couldn't go for that option. So we are having a relaxed private blessing in front of our closest friends and family and a ceremony of our love to each other and we will register our marriage legally after..."
