Stacey Solomon has shared her top tips to helping her kids keep cool as temperatures continue to soar across the UK.
The Loose Women star, 32, took to Instagram Story to share her latest parenting hack with a clever clip for hot weather preparations.
The mum-of-five captioned on the video: " It's going to be hot here tomorrow. So I'm filling the boys water bottles half way leaving them on their side in the freezer so they'll have ice cold water for school. It's the best thing ever."
She warned the bottles must be 'freezer safe' before moving on to her next tip.
"I also put my pillow case in their 20 minutes before I went to bed. There's nothing better than a cold pillow. Happy Heatwave everyone."
Stacey previously shared another keep cool hack saying she sprayed her kids with a soft jet wash mist to keep them cool and with the added bonus of cleaning the patio at the same time.
But since moving to her forever home, Pickle Cottage with fiance Joe Swash, work has been underway for a huge transformation to overhaul a disused swimming pool, which is of course proving a big hit with her blended brood.
The TV personality shared footage of youngest son Rex taking a dip after he enjoyed sports day in the baking heat.
The youngster could be seen jumping into the pool wearing a life vest and swim shorts.
Stace and fiance Joe Swash shared shots earlier this month of their children Leighton, nine, Rex, 24 months and Rose, six months, finally being able to enjoy it just in time for summer.
Stacey looked radiant as she slipped into a white bikini for the first family swim but admitted she still feels like an 'imposter' living in luxury after her journey as a single parent aged 17 faced her in financial struggles.
