Stacey Solomon says she feels 'like Sandy from Grease' after unveiling new look

Stacey Solomon showed off her naturally curly hair for the first time in a long time, with fans describing the new look as 'gorgeous' and 'stunning'.

The Loose Women star, 33, took to her stories on Monday to show off her untamed locks after putting her hair in two French plaits before loosening them to unveil her natural curls.

The mum-of-five filmed herself taking out her plaits alongside her daughter Rose, aged one, who could also be seen in the video playing with her mum's makeup stash.

"I'm just taking out my plaits because I can't wait to properly itch my hair," Stacey told her 5.2 million followers. "Can we just appreciate my plait hair right now? I literally just washed it and put it in plaits."

"Now I feel like Sandy from Grease when she has the makeover," Stacey quipped. "Really enjoying my plait hair," the TV star captioned another snap.

After unveiling her gorgeous curly locks, Stacey's fans took to Twitter to gush over her natural look, according to the Mirror.

One gushed: "Stacey is just so gorgeous!! She should always wear her hair like that."

"Stunning woman! The curls are everything and they are giving Sandy from Grease," another echoed.

Stacey's gorgeous makeover comes as she's already back at work after giving birth to her fifth child only two months ago. Last week, the mum-of-five was thrilled to tell her fans that she was heading for Paris, and taking baby Belle with her, as she's still breastfeeding.

The proud mum explained she has a 'manic' few months ahead of her, as she starts filming a new show Bricking It, and then series four of Sort Your Life Out.

Chatting on her Instagram story, where she often gives candid updates about her family life, Stacey told supporters she had just returned from the school run and was carrying out her morning skincare and hair routine.

Stacey explained she wanted to get in good habits before her first job next week, after giving birth in February.

"I've got my first day back next week, and it's like the craziest job ever. I'm going to Paris. What the hell?," she said. "I really can't stress to you enough how never get jobs like this. I get the 'come and tidy my house' jobs, which I love, by the way, I'm not mocking it. I don't get the 'come to Paris please jobs.'"

The former X- Factor star explained she would take baby Belle, who she shares with her husband and fellow TV star Joe Swash, with her, as she was still breastfeeding, but wants to start weaning her off.

"I just can't do it all, I can't do work, school run, kids, breastfeeding, it's just impossible. Breastfeeding is hard, you have to have time and you have to be committed and it's on demand," Stacey shared.

Stacey is a proud mum to Rex, three, Rose, one, and baby Belle with her husband Joe and has Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships.
