Stacey Solomon says she 'feels bad' after Joe Swash's sad five-word remark before beaming over proud moment with son

Stacey Solomon has confessed to 'feeling bad' for her husband Joe Swash after his comment to her as she shared the real reason for her busy schedule. The Loose Women star has been hard at work for weeks now after giving birth to her fifth child in February.

Stacey, 33, and former EastEnders star Joe, 41, announced the arrival of their surprise third child, who they named Belle, on February 7. The couple already share one-year-old Rose and Rex, 4, while Stacey is also mum to eldest sons Zachary and Leighton and Joe has teenage son Harry from previous relationships.

Taking to her Instagram Story with a rushed video to her millions of followers as she shaved her legs (as you do), Stacey spoke about how busy things have been for her and shared what her husband, who she wed in July last year in a stunning ceremony at their Pickle Cottage home, recently said that trigger her to feel 'bad'.

"Poor Joe, I got in last night and I was like 'hi babe.' He was like 'I don't see you anymore.," Stacey shared. The mum-of-five continued by saying: "I just leave at 6 o'clock in the morning every day. And I don't get back until about 9 o'clock at night.

"I do feel bad because I think being home with the kids sometimes is harder than going to work, isn't it? He doesn't have that relief of when I get home and he can be like it's your turn. I get home and everyone's asleep."

However, she did admit that sometimes she is jealous of actor and TV star Joe. She said: "Sometimes I get jealous of him because I'm at work and you're at home with the babies. I'm so jealous. But it's not easy, is it? Having all the kids, doing all the school runs and cooking all the dinner. So I think he's a bit like, 'When is this filming going to be over?'"

Stacey then explained the reason for her busy schedule as she shared how she is working on her popular BBC One show Sort Your Life Out and has already started work on her next project for Channel 4, called Brickin' It which is from the team from Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon's production company.

She said: "I wouldn't usually do two shows at once so I'm doing Brickin' It! and Sort Your Life Out at the same time. Whereas usually, I'd spread them out as they are really intense, full-on shows. But because we had Belle - Belle was such a happy surprise - I had to cancel my filming dates that would have been in the spring and then I would have done one of them in the summer.

"So instead we're having to do both of them in the summer so we're not shooting in winter when it's cold and it gets dark really quickly." But she added: "But I am so grateful because I've wanted to do things like this for years and never go the opportunity so I'm like, 'Right, take it while it's there.'"

Despite another busy day in front of the camera, Stacey couldn't hide her delight as she got to share a precious moment with her son, Rex, as he stayed up to wait for her to come home. Sharing a compilation video to her Instagram Story of her youngest son out in the garden tending to a set-up in the garden, the former X Factor star said: "Growing with Rexy...

"This is mine and Rex's little project [face holding back tears emoji]. He loves growing veg. I knew I'd be working away a lot this summer so we planted some veggies so that Rec could take care of them every night while I'm working away and when I'm home we could do it together.

"Today... I managed to make it back in the light and Rexy stayed up to wait for me because his lettuces were so big and juicy and ready to pick." She added: "It was the best, most exciting evening for us," alongside a crying laughing emoji.

The video ended with Rex carrying his lettuces in a basket back into the house ready to use and Stacey then shared a follow-up snap of her smiling boy, writing: "Rexy's lettuce. He's excited for ham salad sandwiches for his packed lunch. Well done Rexy. To the moon and back my little gardener."
