Stacey Solomon has been flooded with praise after sharing a 'real' bikini body snap.
The Loose Women star took to Instagram to share the photo of herself rocking a black two-piece swimming costume as she headed to the local pool with her daughter.
Stacey took four-month-old Rose, who she gave birth to at home on her own birthday back in October, for her first swim.
The mum-of-four said her baby girl 'loved it' and it certainly showed as she gave a huge smile for the camera.

Rose and an equally happy Stacey, 32, were snapped by her fiance Joe Swash at the pool as they enjoyed the family time.
"Rose’s first swims," Stacey started her post to her more than five million followers.
"She loved it so much. Although there were definitely moments when it looked like she wasn’t too pleased with the water the way she was splashing it.
"I forgot how magical those first swims are, even though it feels like yesterday we were taking Rex for his first swim now he’s cannon balling in."
But Stacey also opened up about feeling 'insecure' showing off her body.
"P.S I had a little moment getting ready for swimming where I felt a little bit insecure," she told her legion of followers.
"Then I remembered how grateful I am that my body has grown the loves of my life.
"For anyone else who hears that mean little voice from time to time. Tell it to get lost and be quiet because it’s lying. You’re so beautiful and your body is incredible.
"No matter what some of the things we see will lead us to believe."
Stacey's post was soon racking up the comments with may praising the star for her honest post.

Stacey also shared an action video of herself and Rose having a little splash in the water.
She then shared the same photo taken by Joe and opened up further about her momentary insecurity.
"Joe took a really nice picture today," the former singer said.
"For some reason I wasn't going to post it because I got a bit insecure. But I love it so much and some of my favourite pictures of Rex at this age was learning to swim so I told myself to ignore the voice in my head...
"Because it's a liar and reminded myself how grateful I am that my body grew our pickles."
