Stacey Solomon has given fans a glimpse into the reality of her sleeping arrangements with husband Joe Swash.
The couple welcomed their third child, a daughter named Belle, in February. The Loose Women panellist, who is also mum to Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships, while Swash shares 15-year-old son Harry with his former partner.
Since the birth of their daughter the IAC alum, 33, has documented how life has changed for her with five kids under one roof.
Once again giving fans a look into their home life, Solomon revealed plans for an early morning gym session at Pickle Cottage, but not before she showed her family still sound asleep in their bed.
In the clip, the former X Factor star revealed that their children, Rex, 3, and Rose, 1, are currently co-sleeping in their bed.
Sharing her pride over her early start, Solomon penned: “I only bloody did it. I mean I look like the amateur that I am, but I don’t care. Everyone’s got to start somewhere.”
The footage then cut to her donning her gym gear and enjoying some stretches with her dog before exercising.
She told fans: “I’ve got four minutes left of half an hour. I want to press the emergency stop, I wanted to press it four minutes in. Now I’m like, I’m four minutes out and I’m like, distract yourself.”
Her candid post comes three months after Solomon announced her little girl’s birth. She wrote on Instagram at the time: “She’s here. Our beautiful daughter, born at home with all of your brothers and sister ready to snuggle you forever and ever.
“You literally flew into our world… And none of us can quite believe your thick dark head of hair that we just can’t get over.
“We can’t believe you’re here. Welcome to the world beautiful girl, thank you for the last few months in my tummy, we can’t wait to love you forever and ever we are so grateful we get to be your family.”
The post featured four photos, the last of which showed Solomon and Swash smiling down at their newborn with their foreheads pressed together.
The couple met during filming for the 10th series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! which Solomon won.
The pair reportedly began dating in 2015 before announcing their engagement in 2020 and marrying last year.
