Stacey Solomon fans have been left in tears after the star shared an emotional update on Instagram. The Loose Women panelist, who is married to Joe Swash, posted a sweet video montage of her eldest son, Zach.
As reported by Liverpool Echo, Stacey shares Zach, now 15, with her former partner Dean Cox. She also has son Leighton from a previous relationship, as well as three children, Rose, Rex and Belle, with husband Joe.
Earlier this week, Zach celebrated his birthday, prompting his mum to pay tribute to him. The footage included a clip from when Stacey auditioned for X Factor, a move which led to her eventually becoming the household name she is today.

Captioning the Instagram post, an emotional Stacey said: "Look How Far We’ve Come My Baby. 15 Wonderful Years Of You Zachy. Thank you for everything Zach.
"You are all our rock. I cannot even believe how quickly it’s gone and what a kind caring young man you’ve become. I’m so proud of you. To the moon and back always my darling".
Fans and celebrity friends alike admitted the post had them in tears. Internet cleaning sensation, and Stacey's best pal, Mrs Hinch said: "I'm gone. An incredible beautiful boy inside and out. Your first baby always xxxx happy birthday Zachy", while Zoe Sugg said: "Well this made me cryyyy!! So so lovely" [sic].
Rosie said: "Nooooo this had me sobbing, so so beautiful". Dawn said: "Has someone been chopping onions? What a beautiful boy", and Carla said: "How was your audition 14 years ago??"
