Stacey Solomon has been forced to address rumours that she may already have given birth to her fifth child, as fans eagerly await news of the new arrival in the Swash-Solomon household.
Sharp eyed fans thought that had spotted a clue that the X Factor star may have given birth, as the usually chatty Stacey was seemingly absent from social media for a few days. However, Stacey was quick to silence the rumours.
Stacey, 33, only revealed her pregnancy news with husband Joe Swash at Christmas before explaining she was much further along than fans initially thought. In a post on Instagram she revealed she was in fact eight months pregnant, and the new addition to the family would be coming in due in January.
Earlier this month, the TV presenter appeared on ITV's Lorraine and confessed she was due very soon and there wasn't long left of her pregnancy.
Whilst fans are eager to meet Stacey and husband Joe Swash's newest addition, Stacey revealed they will have to wait a bit longer.
Speaking on her Instagram stories, she said: "So many of you are like Stace don't do that to us, you've been quiet for a few days, we thought you'd given birth."
Cradling her bump she continued: "Sorry, I'm very much still full-term pregnant. I just really wanted to try and make it to a couple of days before baby comes.
"I know I can't control it, but my midwife was like look, if you want the chance of getting to those days, calm the hell down and don't do anything silly."
She added: "So I've been trying to rest and I've made it to today, which I'm so excited about because basically my first collection of the year with In The Style we're going to shoot today. And I really wanted to get to today because I know that I'm not going to have another collection for quite a while because I'm going to take time off with baby."
Stacey revealed her pregnancy news with a touching and heartwarming video of the moment she showed Joe her positive pregnancy test.
Captioning the video, she wrote: "Me + Him = So grateful & can not believe I’m saying this… Another little pickle is on the way."
In a quick follow up post, the couple revealed that they were actually eight months along their pregnancy journey and had kept their news quiet to enjoy some private time as a family first.
