Stacey Solomon apologises as inbox blows up over toothpaste habit

Stacey Solomon begged fans not to "judge" her after her inbox blew up on Instagram.

The TV personality issued an apology as she responded to loads of messages addressing her swallowing toothpaste. Earlier, the mum-of-four posted a clip of her rushing to get ready for a photoshoot.

She sprayed on deodorant and brushed her teeth quickly as she spoke to fans about her lack of crafty stuff on her social media page. Stacey promised that her content would improve again soon, as she explained that she had been majorly busy.

But then she did something that completely shocked her 5.4 million followers. Rather than spitting out her toothpaste, she decided to swallow it.

Her next Instagram Story proved that people were taken aback at what they had seen, as she shared a message from one user which read: "Stacey you didn't just swallow your toothpaste did you?"

Stacey captioned the post: "Omg my inbox. Don't judge me."

Speaking to the camera as she rushed along a corridor, the Sort Your Life out host explained: "I did. I had a moment of realisation where I was like 'I definitely can't spit this out'."

She giggled as she added: "I'm going to have to eat it. I'm sorry. I was just trying to do 500 things at once and I'm rubbish at it."

Stacey joked: "My breakfast this morning is toothpaste." She burst out laughing as the video cut off.
