Fans of Stacey Solomon may have noticed she has been missing from social media recently.
The TV presenter often documents her life at Pickle Cottage with her family - kids Rose, Rex, Zach and Leighton, and her fiancé Joe Swash. She often takes to Instagram to share what she has been doing with her day.
However she hadn't posted anything in several days, causing some of her fans to worry. But today Stacey returned to social media as she explained her absence and gave a health update.

The mum-of-four revealed that she had been suffering from mastitis - an inflammation of breast tissue that sometimes involves an infection. The inflammation can result in breast pain, swelling, warmth and redness.
She shared a short clip on her Instagram Stories of toddler Rex playing in their garden on a swing and baby Rose watching on from her pram. Stacey captioned it: "Good morning everyone. Sorry I've been so quiet."
The 32-year-old added: "I got mastitis and felt like my boobs were on fire. It was awful. But after a few days of antibiotics I honestly feel like a new person.
"Happy Thursday everyone. What a beautiful warm morning. Hope you're ok."
Mastitis mostly affects breast-feeding women. Back in 2019, Stacey documented her struggle with breastfeeding and how she felt a "failure" when she wasn't able to feed Rex as a newborn. She said at the time: "Breastfeeding never happened for me the way that I imagined. I did my best to try and master it, but it wasn’t to be."
She has since continued her breast feeding journey with baby Rose. Speaking of breast feeding her youngest child, Stacey said: "Still can't believe she's enjoying breastfeeding as much as me and every time she goes up in clothes sizes I get so excited. Even though I get nothing done on these days I'm so grateful I get to have this experience."
