Airdrie have agreed a loan deal with St Mirren for academy starlet Dean McMaster.
The 19-year-old midfielder made two appearances for the Paisley club in last season's SPFL Trust Trophy, and says he can play in a variety of roles.
McMaster told the club's website: "I’m usually a sitting midfielder, but 8, 6, 10… anywhere in the middle, I can do a job."
Boss Rhys McCabe said: "Dean’s a good young player with really good technical ability.
"He gets around the pitch well, and hopefully we can bring him on and add to his development.”
