St Johnstone’s David Wotherspoon is back in training ahead of Wednesday's trip to Kilmarnock.
The World Cup-chasing midfielder could make his long-awaited first team return at Rugby Park.
Wotherspoon suffered a cruciate ligament injury last November and has been working hard to get back up to full speed.
There was slight worry last week when he picked up a foot knock in a bounce game against Falkirk and was subsequently forced off.
But, after assessment, the diagnosis was a positive one and it turned out to only be bad bruising.
Manager Callum Davidson is keen to have as many options available as possible this week as Saints head for Rugby Park tomorrow and then host Celtic on Saturday.
