Steven MacLean will be in charge of St Johnstone for their Premiership clash with Motherwell at McDiarmid Park on Saturday, after boss Callum Davidson tested positive for Covid.
St Johnstone, who are second-bottom of the table and in the play-off slot ahead of the Perth clash, say Davidson is "fine and well at home and will be back at McDiarmid Park next week.."
First-team coach MacLean will lead the backroom team for the clash on Saturday as Saints look to claw their way away from the play-off slot, where they're a point above Dundee.
