Police were called to St Anne's following a concern for someone's welfare at a railway bridge this evening (March 16).

The incident has disrupted train travel through Bristol, with National Rail issuing an update to inform passengers that services would be delayed. An update posted on their website at 5.47pm said: "The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon / Westbury. So they can safely do their work, all lines are closed.
