Springfest is returning to Loch Lomond next weekend after two years.
The popular foodie festival is back on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 with a line-up of food and drink producers, live entertainment, whisky and gin tastings, chef demonstrations and kids’ activities.
With its usual huge array of street food and food and craft stalls, visitors are in for a treat.
There will be a mix of new vendors and favourites such as The Peruvian, Arran Hog Roast, Scozzese Pizza and Churros Barcelona for hot, fresh food and Three Sister Bake, Berto’s Brownies and Chulo’s Bakes.
And for whisky and gin fans, Loch Lomond Whiskies are hosting whisky and gin tastings throughout the weekend.
Experts will guide ticket holders through four of their whiskies or gins with all profits going to Cash For Kids.
For keen cooks, Scotland’s Events Chef of the Year 21 – Barry Bryson will be hosting a Q&A on Saturday between 12pm and 1pm while on Sunday he’ll be hosting several free cooking demonstrations.
There will be free woodland workshops for children aged three to 10 on Saturday between 11am and 2pm.
Also on Saturday, Encanto characters will visit to play games and greet young festival goers and throughout the weekend there will be small children’s rides.
On Sunday there will be interactive street theatre that everyone can enjoy.
Music fans can also enjoy live entertainment throughout the weekend as they welcome back host Cassi from Radio Clyde as well as a whole host of local talent.
Anyone ditching the car and taking public transport, can have a drink at the bar area to enjoy some local craft beers, cocktails, fizz, gin and award-winning wines.
The festival will run from 10am until 6pm each day.
