Zendaya and Tom Holland’s romance is continuing to heat up – with the American actress joining the Spider-Man star for a romantic trip to London to meet his family.
The 25-year-old Euphoria actress looked at ease as she joined Tom’s mother, Nikki, and his brothers Harry, 22, Sam, 22, and Paddy, 17, for a trip to the theatre last weekend.
The group watched Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in the West End.
The duo also had time for some romantic time alone as Zendaya was also seen with a loving arm wrapped around 25-year-old Tom as they got into his car near his London home and zipped off together.
The stars have been in a relationship for six months – with the romance confirmed after months of speculation last July when they were seen passionately snogging in a car in LA.
While Zendaya has clearly met Tom’s family while she has been over in London, he too has met her family – with the young British star meeting his girlfriend's mother in July last year too.
The couple had been coy about their romance when quizzed about it for weeks – but after snaps appeared of them kissing last year, there was no more hiding the truth.
The secret to their relationship – with them both being in demand performers in Hollywood – is, according to US Weekly, the fact that: “they both challenge each other and balance each other out".
The magazine also claimed the pair are perfect for each other and the relationship is succeeding because they are: "keeping it light" and "he makes her laugh".
Also in July last year, Zendaya – who has starred in Spider-Man films with Tom since the film series started filming when she was 19 and he was 20 – told E! News: "It's pretty special to have grown up altogether.”
While in an interview with Vogue in September last year, Zendaya joked that her boyfriend might struggle to be welcomed by some members of her family.
She teased: "My dad, my brothers, it's a whole thing. Good luck to whoever wants to take that on."
By October, Zendaya hinted that Tom was rubbing off on her in unexpected ways.
She told the magazine: "Yeah, he's a fun time. Very charismatic, can make anybody feel comfortable and have a good laugh and a good chat. A good chat – I sound so British."
Last November, Tom hinted that he and Zendaya were keen to keep their relationship as private as possible – while also seemingly confirming his “love” for her.
He told GQ: "One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn't really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world.”
He added: “I’ve always been really adamant to keep my private life private because I share so much of my life with the world anyway. We sort of felt robbed of our privacy."
