Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams have said they are "open to counselling" as they get honest about their marriage.
They have said they would consider going to couples therapy together, saying it's "healthy".
The pair tied the knot back in 2018 on Spencer's family estate in Scotland and have since gone on to have three children together.
Talking about the idea of joint counselling, Spencer said: "I like the idea of it - a bit of counselling."
Vogue added: "A lot of couples I know, that I would never have thought of, do counselling together. It’s healthy."
Speaking on their joint podcast, Spencer & Vogue, Spencer read out a text his wife sent him which read: "Are we addicted to one another?"
He added: "And I thought, 'How sweet that my wife would put me in the same category as class A drugs'.
"It's problematic how much we like each other, is that what you're saying?"
Vogue laughed: "You’re pretty hard to shake off."
Spencer added: "It's probably the best message you've ever sent me. Do you think we are addicted to each other?"
Vogue said: "I think we are yeah, I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing. I'll have to ask my therapist about it."
That's when the pair talked more about counselling together.
Spencer joked that he'd bring it up at his next therapy session, saying: "I thought we were going to do at the odd joint session, I like the idea of it - a bit of counselling."
Praising his wife for their close relationship, he went on: "I've not been much happier than I am now with you. I think our relationship is absolutely incredible.
"But I still think it's nice to talk to an unbiased person about stuff."
Recently the couple have said they are going to have a weekly date night, going to different restaurants together.
Spencer and Vogue are parents to sons Theodore and Otto as well as daughter Gigi.
Vogue recently said that Otto is teething which she's finding hard to deal with.
The parents admitted they are feeling tired after juggling work as well as raising their family.
