SCOTLAND is home to hundreds of glorious walking routes, and while the weather this weekend isn't great, it's always worth keeping your eyes peeled for places to visit.
Two "spectacular" walks in Scotland have been named among the best in the whole of the UK for spotting wildlife by the consumer magazine Which?.
The routes were named alongside locations across Britain, including the Lizard Peninsula Circuit in Cornwall and Wells Beach and Pinewoods Walk in Norfolk.
The publication surveyed outdoors enthusiasts to find the routes with the best ratings.

Anstruther to Crail in Fife (86%) and The Falls of Clyde (80%) in South Lanarkshire were the Scottish walking routes named among the best for spotting wildlife by Which?.
Discussing the Fife route, the publication said that this walk follows the "well-marked" Fife Coastal Path.
The magazine adds that it is a "fairly easy-going" trail which provides "far-reaching views" over the Firth of Forth and to the Isle of May.
Members awarded it four out of five stars for its scenery and range of animals, including eider ducks, shags and grey seals.

The title said that there is something captivating about a route that features a waterfall when discussing The Falls of Clyde.
This one is said to lead you to a 27-metre torrent (Corra Linn) followed by a "horseshoe" of falls (Bonnington Linn).
The "cascading water" is not the only thing that will capture your attention thanks to the over 100 species of birds that have been spotted here, including dippers to kingfishers.
On the ground, you could be in with the chance of spotting badgers, otters and deer.
