Michigan State football has extended a scholarship offer to a big-time prospect attending Spartan Dawg Con this weekend.
Four-star safety Kaden Gebhardt of Lewis Center, Ohio announced on Saturday he’s received a scholarship from the Spartans. Gebhardt is one of many 2026 prospects attending this weekend’s Spartan Dawg Con event.
Gebhardt is ranked as the No. 17 safety in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2026 class. He’s also listed as the No. 8 player from Ohio and No. 215 overall prospect in the class.
Michigan State is now one of nearly 20 programs to offer Gebhardt, according to 247Sports. He also holds notable offers from Cincinnati, Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, Missouri, Oklahoma, Penn State, Purdue, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
