Michigan State football has extended an offer to a JUCO cornerback who is currently committed to an SEC school.
Shannon Blair of East Mississippi Community College announced on Wednesday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Blair announced the notable recruiting news via social media platform X. Blair is currently committed to Arkansas.
Blair is originally from Knoxville, Tenn. and now plays for East Mississippi Community College – which was once showcased on Netflix’s ‘Last Chance U’ series.
Michigan State is one of nearly 20 programs to offer Blair, according to 247Sports. Other notable programs besides the Spartans and Razorbacks to offer Blair includes Memphis, Liberty, Toledo, UConn and Western Kentucky.
