Spain has been hit with heavy flooding after 3.9 inches of rain fell in parts of the country.
Footage circulating on social media shows cars submerged as floodwaters barrel through roads in Tarragona.
Forecasters reported over 100 mm of rainfall in the area on Friday amid warnings that the downpours could be accompanied by strong wind, hail, lightning and tornados.

Locals have made hundreds of calls to emergency services pleading for help.
Spanish press reported trains had been cancelled and roads closed because of the weather.
Local festivities known as Santa Tecla were suspended on Friday evening - the first time it had been due to take place since the outbreak of Covid-19.

In Barcelona, La Merce - a festival which began on Friday - has been moved indoors due to the threat of heavy rain.
Damage to buildings and local infrastructure has been recorded as far north as Catellon de la Plana, about 70km north of Valencia.
Forecasters issued a yellow weather warning for the Alicante region on Wednesday amid warnings of storms.
Popular tourist hotspot Benidorm is among several areas experiencing its worst flooding in years.
