"This family will never be the same. I love you to the moon and back."
She added a number photos of her smiling brother to her emotional post. On one image, she continued: "You're always loved, never forgotten, forever missed."
The post indicated that Worth died on June 8 but didn't reveal a cause of death. Friends were quick to love messages of condolence on the post.
Southern Charm star Shep Rose wrote: " Absolutely one of a kind. A pleasure to know and to laugh with."
Another user penned: "My heart is broken for your family. I don’t know you all but I feel like I do through the 1000’s of pics Worth would post of y’all. It was so clear how much he valued and cherished you. I am so sorry."
And a third said: "No words could possibly help the loss of this loving and lovely soul. Heartbroken for you all. Sending so much love to you all."
The sad news of Worth's death comes just months after Taylor Ann's Southern Charm co-star Olivia Flowers mourned the death of her brother Conner, who was 32 years old.
Conner's death came after his long battle with Lyme disease.
