Authorities have updated Melbourne's exposure site list to include a building in Southbank.
Number 4 Freshwater Place in Southbank has been listed as a Tier 2 site with a case visiting the office building several times dating back to June 9.
Medibank in Southbank has also been added as a Tier 2 site.
Anyone visiting the area during those times has been advised to get tested urgently and isolate until they receive a negative result.
