Thanks to their 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea over the weekend, Southampton have managed to make what was already a vital match in Leeds United's season just that extra bit more crucial.
The Saints now sit just a point behind the Whites in the league table with both trying to escape relegation down to the Championship and this weekend's clash between the two sides could have big implications.
But Southampton might receive a huge boost to their chances of staying up as regular full-back Kyle Walker-Peters is set to return in time for the Leeds clash.

He was on the bench for the win over Graham Potter's Blues over the weekend but didn't make an appearance, meaning his return might've been saved by interim boss Ruben Selles for this weekend.
After tweaking his thigh in their Carabao Cup semi-final second-leg defeat to Newcastle United last month, it seems as though Walker-Peters might be another player Leeds must account for after he returned to full-time training last week also.
His return marks an important turn for Southampton in that area of the pitch, with their two other full-backs Juan Larios and Valentino Livramento still dealing with groin and muscle injuries respectively with goalkeeper Alex McCarthy also nursing an ankle injury.
Centre-backs Duje Caleta-Car and Armel Bella-Kotchap were also both back in training last week and will likely be in Selles' setup as they travel to Elland Road later this week.
For Saints interim boss Selles, last weekend's win would've filled him and his players with confidence that they can make a serious push for safety and that they're not yet dead and buried.
The Spaniard is now the odds-on favourite with the bookies to become the permanent manager, with his odds coming in at 1/4 while the next closest name is former Whites boss Jesse Marsch all the way back at 8/1 (according to SkyBet) after his proposed move fell through last week.
