Southampton's new permanent manager Ruben Selles has hailed Javi Gracia as a "great coach" and claimed that he will bring a different style of football to Elland Road to that of Jesse Marsch.
Gracia will be in the dugout for Leeds' vital relegation clash with Southampton on Saturday afternoon after the club confirmed that his work permit had been issued ahead of kick-off. He will be joined by assistant coaches Zigor Aranalde and Mikel Antia.
Juan Jose Solla also arrives at the club as a fitness coach, with former caretaker manager Michael Skubala remaining in the first-team set up. Paco Gallardo will take charge of the U21s side in Skubala's absence.

Southampton have also confirmed that Selles will lead the south coast club for the rest of the season following his side's superb performance against Chelsea. James Ward-Prowse scored a sensational free-kick against the Blues at Stamford Bridge, a result that Leeds supporters would have been far from pleased with.
Ahead of this weekend's match, Selles took the time to praise his compatriot before the pair shake hands on the touchline. The Saints boss also told Whites supporters that they can expect to see a different brand of football under the former Watford manager compared to what they have been used to watching from Marsch's squad.
"Javi is a great coach with a lot of history," Selles said when asked about Gracia in his pre-match press conference. "He has a little different style to Jesse Marsch and he'll bring his own philosophy."
