A mum from South Tyneside has launched an ingenious rental company that can save parents a fortune when they go on holiday.
Beth Fuller, who lives in Jarrow, launched a rental company for baby equipment called All In Waves that gives parents the chance to enjoy their holidays and staycations without spending a fortune. The business allows parents to rent high-quality and popular baby products.
The 25-year-old mum-of-one hopes it will give parents the "ability to give more to their children whilst spending less". Newcastle-based entrepreneur Beth previously owned a sustainable marketplace for independent fashion and beauty brands.
Now a mother herself, she is determined to create a solution for the short lifespan of baby products and the financial expense they cause for families. She has since launched an online rental business featuring some of the world’s most exciting products such as the 4Moms Mamaroo Rocker and the Babyzen YoYo 6+ Travel Pram.
The latest collection caters to travel so that parents can have everything they need for their babies while on a summer holiday without having to buy at full price. She said she hopes the business will become a "solution" for parents.
On the launch of her online store, Beth said: "Renting is just our first step to making shopping for your family make more sense for parents. There’s such a disparity between the cost of products compared to their lifespan and so many parents are buying and selling second-hand with no guarantee on safety and hygiene. We’re excited to become the solution for parents in every way that we can."
