Two Sinn Féin candidates have topped the polls at South Down, after a 66.19% voter turnout.
Sinead Ennis and Cathy Mason received more that the quota number of votes needed, with Ennis soaring past the 9,159 figure with 14,381 first preference votes.
Cathy Mason received 9,963 first preference votes on Friday afternoon at Belfast TEC counting centre.
On Saturday, as counts continued, Alliance Party's Patrick Brown was the third to be elected in the constituency with DUP's Diane Forsythe also securing herself a seat as an MLA for her constituency.
Downpatrick man Colin McGrath also held onto his Assembly seat - he had received 6,082 first preference votes.
