Sophie Kasaei has revealed the results of her recent breast reduction following a horror surgery ordeal.
The Geordie Shore star said she braved going under the knife again in a big to reverse 'botched' operations that left her feeling insecure.
The 32-year-old said she lacked confidence in her appearance after being thrown into the limelight which left her wanting surgery but it all went wrong.
Sophie has now reduced her breast size from a DD cup to a C cup.
Speaking with Closer, Sophie said: "I was only 20 when I joined Geordie Shore, and I wasn't used to seeing myself on-screen. We were on TV along with shows like Made In Chelsea and TOWIE and they were full of glamourous, gorgeous girls and we were the polar opposites.

"We were known for being these drunken, loud lasses, yet deep down we also wanted to be beautiful and have that sex appeal, but society didn't put us in that category. It was the era where the likes of Victoria Beckham and Katie Price made big boobs fashionable.
"I felt pressure to have that fullness in my bust, so I caved in and had surgery."
However, Sophie didn't stop there and went on the have a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) as she was inspired by Kim Kardashian's famous curves.
She got the procedure alongside friend and fellow Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry.
The procedure involves fat being removed from elsewhere in the body and being transferred into the bottom.
However, the NHS has warned against it, saying that lumpy scars, infections and fatal blockages in blood vessels can occur.
Sophie has said that she would get messages from surgeons in Turkey offering to give her the treatment for free, saying she was a good candidate.
She admitted that due to being young she didn't do any research and in just a few weeks her and Chloe flew over.
Despite there being reputable surgeons in Turkey, this wasn't Sophie's experience.
She described the hospital as 'run-down', saying that she felt unsafe.
Sophie said she didn't have surgical fluid drains after the surgery, so when she stood up there was blood everywhere.
It got even worse for the star when just two months later, Sophie developed an abscess while she was on holiday in Mexico.
She was told she had a sever abscess and if it burst it could be fatal.
Sophie decided that she wanted to fly home straight away to be with her family in case things did get worse.
When she landed back in the UK, Sophie went straight into surgery where they drained a litre of puss from the lump.
