Sony Open 2025 Tee Times, Featured Groups, & Weather Forecast

The PGA Tour will remain in Hawaii for the 2025 Sony Open on Thursday. Though many of golf’s superstars have already made the trip to California for next week’s signature event, the Sony Open field still features a heavy-hitting list of contenders, including The Sentry winner Hideki Matsuyama. Eight of the world’s top 25 players will be in action at Waiʻalae Country Club competing for 500 FedEx Cup points and a share of the $8.7 million purse. Scroll down to find the 2025 Sony Open schedule, along with the Round 1 tee times, featured groups, and weather forecast for the entire weekend.

Grayson Murray Foundation Launched Ahead Of Sony Open

The Sony Open will bring some somber memories into play this week as the golf world remembers Grayson Murray, who won the event in 2024. Murray passed away on May 25, 2024. His parents recently announced the launch of the Grayson Murray Foundation, which aims to raise awareness and support of mental health and addiction challenges.
