Somebody made a great one-handed catch on the Broncos’ sideline

During the Denver Broncos‘ 23-16 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, quarterback Bo Nix was forced to throw a pass away while facing pressure with all of his wide receivers covered.

Nix threw the ball to the sideline and somebody sitting on the bench made an impressive one-handed catch:

The player who made the grab has not yet been identified, but one fan has suggested it could be practice squad linebacker Kwon Alexander.

Not to be outdone by the bench, Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton later made a one-handed catch that counted for a touchdown.

Denver fell to 3-3 with Sunday’s loss and the team now has a short turnaround before a Thursday Night Football clash with the New Orleans Saints in Week 7. The Saints are 2-4 after their 51-27 loss to to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
