Some Of Yr Fave Musos Are Throwing Their Support Behind MMAD Day Here’s How You Can Chip In

Let’s be real, it’s really difficult to be young right now. With a noted rise of children with anxiety, the importance of acknowledging mental health early grows more crucial. Once a year, every year since 2006, Musicians Making A Difference Day has been raising awareness for young Aussies in crisis through the power of music. On Friday October 14, Musicians Making A Difference (MMAD) is once again using the power of music and community to reach and uplift young people facing adversity. MMAD has been on the frontline supporting vulnerable Aussies for two decades now through creative mentoring, community outreach, a music soup kitchen, juvenile justice rehabilitation, mentoring programs, and heaps of other well-being initiatives. Through these programs, the charity has reached millions both online and in person and delivered creative support that’s helped transform young lives through music. Some absolutely huge stars have come out for MMAD Day such as Yungblud
