Easter falls on Sunday, April 17 this year which means some payments due to be paid on Good Friday or bank holiday Monday will land in accounts early.
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) have confirmed changes to upcoming, scheduled payment dates to ensure people receive their money on a day when Jobcentre Plus offices and phone lines are open.
The holiday weekend from April 15 to April 18 means that if the expected payment date is Friday 15 or Monday 18 April, then money will be paid early on Thursday, 14 April.
Below is a list of payments affected by the change - if your benefit is not listed, then it will not be paid early.
