Morocco's journey to the World Cup semi-finals has been one of the stories of the tournament.
Not really fancied to do much at the competition, they have seen off Belgium, Spain and Portugal on their way to the last four, all the while making history. They are the first African side to make it to the semis of the World Cup and tonight they face France with Argentina to the prize for the victors.
It was after their win over the Portuguese that brought about one of the moments of the World Cup; Sofiane Boufal was seen to be dancing on the pitch with his mother, holding her hands as they celebrated one of the most famous victories in Morocco's history.
Fans loved seeing the pair embrace.
“What the Moroccan Football Federation did with the families of the players is amazing,” Moroccan journalist Jalal Bounouar told talkSPORT. “They invited the mothers of the players and put them just 100 metres from the players.
“The idea was brilliant and I really loved this atmosphere. You can see the players are doubling their efforts in order to satisfy their families and the Moroccan fans.
“That was a very beautiful image with Sofiane Boufal and his mum and also Achraf Hakimi and his family. It’s something that’s done for families and the nation.”
