The Easter weekend is fast approaching and many workers will be looking forward to a three-day break in the hopes of finer weather to enjoy too.
Over the Easter holidays, there will be some changes made to welfare benefits and state pension payment arrangements.
Although Social Welfare has not yet confirmed these Welfare Payments Easter 2023 dates, the experts at Money Guide Ireland have estimated their arrival based on previous years.

Post Offices will be open until 1:00 pm on Good Friday, April 7, 2023, but they will be closed on Saturday, April 8, and Easter Monday, April 10.
Banks will be closed on Friday, April 7, and Monday, April 20, 2023, reopening on Tuesday.
According to Money Guide Ireland, the following changes are due:
Payment due on Friday 7th April will be available from Thursday 6th April
Payment due on Monday 10th April will be available from Thursday 6th April
The casual Jobseeker's payment date change is yet to be confirmed by the Department of Social Protection.
An official announcement with all social welfare changes will be published by the Department this week.
